Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Method & Cost

A flat $14.99 Shipping & Handling charge applies to each Boat Protection & Wash Kit order, as shown at checkout.

Orders may be shipped using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing available tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take several hours to appear after a shipping label is created.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to valid United States addresses accepted during checkout.

Shipping availability may vary based on destination and carrier service. If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we will contact you and issue a refund if necessary.

Carrier transit times vary by destination and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
